Consulting provides part-time CFO & Controller level financial &
accounting services to small businesses that either don’t need or can’t afford
a full time executive.
Even
with companies that have a really good bookkeeper, that person usually doesn’t
have the time or expertise to provide a higher level review of your financials.
In most small or mid-sized businesses, there is often a disconnect between the
bookkeeper and the owner. Additionally, we improve or replace inefficient processes and
implement new procedures to save your company money or detect/prevent theft. It
all comes down to the fact that your company is able to “hire” a dedicated
financial executive to handle any of your accounting & finance department
needs without having to incur full time salary, health insurance, vacation, and
fringe benefits for the position.
Our job is to improve your accounting procedures, increase financial statement
comprehension, assist with cash management, confirm or maximize the pricing you
receive from your vendors, reduce your overhead expenses, as well as give you
the choice between more free time with friends and family or more time focused
on growing your business. Any of these benefits would be helpful our goal is to provide ALL of them.
